Exercise often. Some websites say 3 times a week is enough; others say do something little each day. Everybody does it differently. The key is finding something that works for you and doing it, whether this be jogging, lifting weights or taking a yoga class. Whatever it is, successful people include exercise in their daily routines.
Establish a consistent night schedule. Whether you go to bed early and wake up early or go to bed late and wake up late, get in a routine of going to bed around the same time each night and waking up at the same hour. Eat a little healthier than you are right now. We aren’t saying that you need to change to an all green diet. We’re just advising you to evaluate what you are currently eating on a daily basis (and how often) and make a few changes for the better. Maybe that means eating fast food one less time per week or making more time for breakfast in the morning.
